HRI Preferred Alliance Program drives down operating costs for Chem-Dry carpet cleaning franchisees, keeping more money in their pockets

Meineke Car Care Center has partnered with us to offer all Chem-Dry franchisees 10% off the list price of all services, plus additional discounts and benefits. This discount also represents the best program that Meineke offers to some of the biggest fleets across the U.S.
? Signature Insurance, also known as Brakke Schafnitz, has been working with some Chem-Dry franchisees for several years. The company recently began working directly with Chem-Dry parent company Harris Research to help insurance companies understand our business and the specific needs of our franchisees ? shaping policies that offer a better value on premiums, loss ratios and coverages.
Franchisees are not required to use HRI Preferred Alliance partners but are strongly encouraged to consider them. The partnerships provide added value to our franchisees, including preferential discount pricing, improved services and additional products and benefits not available to the open market.
