The ranking is compiled by taking companies that are vetted for the magazine’s Franchise 500, and then looking at additional factors, such as social media followers, system size, number of years in business, number of years franchising and overall reputation. The reviewers then assess how all that combines to form a relationship between the brand and its customers. Reputation management and engagement are two major goals for Chem-Dry, and it scored well in that regard.
