What Do Nashville Chem-Dry Offices Mean for Franchise Opportunities?

Cities as diverse as Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, Tulsa and Charlotte are within reasonable driving distance, and franchise recruits can easily travel by plane from more distant East Coast cities like Miami and Boston. (It helps that Nashville has a great airport.)

The proximity to some of our best growth opportunities will make a big difference in our ability to recruit, train, support and market for franchisees in that part of the country. Logan is great for our franchise owners in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, etc., but it is a bit out of the way for someone from Florida! As always, the profitability of our franchise owners is our primary goal, and having much of Chem-Dry?s operations in the new offices will help us provide better support for our Eastern, Southern and Midwestern franchisees. We?ll keep our Logan office open to serve our franchise owners out West.

This is a substantial move, not just a satellite office opening. Harris Research will move Chem-Dry?s executives, finance and accounting and marketing offices to the new headquarters in the coming weeks, plus some training and franchise administration functions; our call center, research and development and manufacturing centers will remain in Logan. We?re serious about establishing a bi-coastal, national presence because our top-rated franchise system and cleaner, drier, healthier method of cleaning merit that kind of market.
