More franchise growth

Chem-Dry growth continues thanks to a business model that works in any size community. Of note was a three-license agreement in Tennessee, where Andrew and Krystal Bremer will serve the Greater Knoxville area.

And in California, two major agreements will expand Chem-Dry’s presence in the Sacramento and Greater San Bernardino areas.  Heading up the recent California development for Chem-Dry in California are franchisees Cliff Mastrolia and Dada Ojeisekhoba. Mastrolia’s Chem-Dry territory covers Greater Sacramento, including Placer and El Dorado counties, and Ojeisekhoba’s territory includes San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Poised for growth in 2023

Chem-Dry added dozens of franchise locations around the United States during 2022, building on the 72 franchise agreements that were inked in 2021. Those new franchise owners were able to hit the ground running thanks to best-in-class onboarding and training, as well as the time-tested Chem-Dry services, all based on the brand’s revolutionary Hot Carbonating Extraction cleaning process.
