Our Healthy Home study shows the effectiveness of Chem-Dry services when it comes to removing allergens and pathogens, so we are creating materials to help communicate that information as effectively as possible.”
Online videos are a growing marketing trend
Consumers continue to view and share videos online, so they’re a great way to get information about what a Chem-Dry cleaning franchise can offer. The first animated video is already up on Chem-Dry’s national site, and soon will be joined by four more. Used in tandem with social media marketing and other outreach efforts, they will help every Chem-Dry team raise its community profile and generate interest, leads and new business.
“Our campaigns also help keep the Chem-Dry name top of mind for homeowners and businesses who may have used us before, but haven’t in awhile,” Bill adds. “Targeted marketing reminds them of our core services, but when we come to provide an estimate it’s an opportunity to show them new products and services they may not be aware we have added. Once we are in the door, there are lots of ways to upsell, which boosts revenue.”
Educating consumers is a key focus
