Capitalizing on video’s soaring popularity in social media is just another way that Chem-Dry supports franchise owners by boosting brand awareness

Information like that, as well as the fact that allergic reactions are one of the top three health issues children face, helps us paint a picture for homeowners and parents of an issue they should be aware of.”
Eventually there will be five videos on the consumer website, covering everything from Chem-Dry’s proprietary Hot Carbonating Extraction cleaning process to upholstery cleaning, the PURT pet stain and odor removal process, tile and stone renewal, and granite countertop renewal.
Awareness leads to more frequent bookings
The video series’ goal is to boost customer awareness, which should lead to increased contacts for estimates, as well as larger ticket totals thanks to requests for additional services, Bill says.
“We have two goals: get people to clean their carpets more frequently and book additional services at the same time, and also to be aware of Chem-Dry and why they should use us,” he explains. “Our Healthy Home campaign is not about shocking the consumer, but making them aware of the problems that exist in their home and how Chem-Dry as a whole-home provider can be the one-stop, environmentally sound, kid- and pet-friendly solution for their cleaning needs.”
