The convention, held this year in San Diego from January 22 to 25, is anchored by a series of dynamic and motivational speakers. They include Jim Craig, a member of the gold medal-winning 1980 U.S. Men’s Olympic hockey team and a recognized business strategist; Jon Petz, a motivational speaker and corporate entertainer who teaches how to move beyond just meeting expectations; and Ross Shafer, an American comedian and television host-turned-motivational and leadership speaker/consultant, based in Denver, Colorado who brings more than 20 years of business leadership insights to business operations.
“Every year we get a very talented set of speakers, and this year is no different,” Doug says. “We don’t want to just motivate Chem-Dry cleaning franchise owners to operate their businesses more effectively; we want to give them new tools and ways of thinking that bring value to every aspect of their lives.”

In addition to the powerful lineup of speakers, the convention also features multiple breakout sessions and networking opportunities. Everything from marketing using pay-per-click tools to drilling down into specific services such as area rugs and upholstery cleaning will be covered.
